Due to postal and courier regulations, liquid products cannot be shipped internationally. When placing an international order, please select only solid items, such as our bar soaps, herbal poultices, and aroma bath fizz.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the weight of your order. You can view your estimated shipping costs directly at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to trace your package.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a refund. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic and skincare products.
